Creative Dance
3-4 years @ 9am - 10am
Designed specifically for children aged 3-4 years, Creative Dance allows each individual child to explore their creativity. The imagination is stimulated through a variety of movement, music & stories. Ballet & jazz techniques are the basis of the movement, which aims to enhance body awareness, social interaction, co-ordination & flexibility. Individuality is encouraged, children can wear comfortable clothes, costumes, fairy outfits etc. Trainers, ballet shoes or bare feet, please.
Disco/Street Jazz
5-7years @ 10am - 11am
8+ years @ 11am - 12pm
Dance to the latest pop music & learn fast, fun & funky routines. This class is designed to improve fitness, strength, flexibility, co-ordination and choreographic skills. Boys & girls are equally encouraged, and once a year an informal show for friends & family will be presented.
